Q: DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

A: Yes booking is highly recommended, especially on weekends. If you wish to walk-in please call prior to check availability.

Q: How long does it take?

A: A standard booking has a duration of 1 hour. However, understand some people may take longer or require extra time to finish off their projects. We are happy to extend booking to 90 minutes without additional cost.

Q: DO I HAVE TO BRING MY OWN PHONE CASE?

A: We have cases for all iPhoes (iPhone X – iPhone 16, including iphone xr, xs, se and minis). We also have limited cases for Samsung, which includes S20 – S24 series and some note models. You are also welcome to bring your own clear phone case for decoration.

Q: WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?

A: We have had 3-year old kids decorating their own projects! We are kids friendly and staff on duty will guide kids through their projects. However, we do recommend adults on site for supervision.

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY MIND ON WHAT TO DO ON THE DAY OF BOOKING?

A: Yes, you may change to a different activity on the actual day of your booking. You may also add an extra activity on the day of booking.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRY? CAN I TAKE HOME ON THE SAME DAY?

A: Decoden cream: It will take around 4 days to dry. We will put your finished item in a box for you to take home on the same day.

Fluid projects: It will take around 2 days to dry. Customers are to leave their projects in store. We will notify once this is available for pick up.

Q: HOW DOES IT WORK? WILL YOU GUIDE ME THROUGH?

A: Our staff will guide you through the whole process. All our DIY activities are kids/group friendly and 0 experience is required! We are always more than happy to help at anytime.
